practical how to’s for designing and implementing Confirmation formation
with adolescents. It includes how to

Recruit and develop a formation team.
2.
Integrate Confirmation formation with ongoing catechetical
formation & youth ministry.
3.
Involve parents, sponsors, and the parish community.
4.
Select Confirmation resources.
5.
Plan service and Confirmation retreats.
6.
Implement the Confirmation Rite.
7.
Assist persons with special mental and physical needs.
Workshop #2
This workshop for the
experienced DRE and Confirmation Coordinators focuses on the approach of
the whole church catechesis in the parish. It will offer the
Confirmation coordinator
1.
Models and resources for involving the entire parish in
adolescent Confirmation formation.
2.
Skills to apply a whole church model to their local
parish.
